According to SGGS human mind reincarnates (Avaa Gavan) and goes through spiritual births and deaths many times a day. We can acquire the traits of animals in spiritual reincarnations in the present life. This happens when we are living our life with vices instead of divine virtues. Thousands years old thought we believed about reincarnation after physical death does not hold according to Sikhi

More than three million Sikhs live outside India, in Europe, UK, Canada ,USA, Australia and others countries. Our children and grand children are raised in the Westren Culture and values. The marriage age now in USA is in the thirties. Talking with youth indicates that its not easy to find a life partner of your choice with Sikh values.
Sikhi doesn’t stop anyone to meet and talk to find her or his partner of your choice. It will be better if both partners believe in same Faith. Sexual relationship should be reserved until marriage.
