      without Naam everything is useless so hence to have godly qualities you have tonhave naam simran and once you have those qualities and you see God in everybody then you enjoy the juice (रस) of Naam Simran

      first and foremost the concept the meaning of naam simran has to be cleared We will then realise that without naam simran we cannot become sachyar, we will not attain our evolution which is the goal of every human being, and will never be able to handle any situations in life and never attain happiness and peace in life So now we can see the importance of naam simran discussed in SGGS

      I agree as explained above

      Naam is Akaal Purkh and Akaal Purkh is Naam. It’s within us all. The realization of Akaal Purkh not with the repetition of a word like parrot chanting as some people thinks, but realizing our Creator with the Divine wisdom of Gurbani (Shabd Guru) by bringing change within by adopting the virues of Akaal Purkh. Then by His/Her grace Anand, peace, happiness, Charhdi Kalaa and Bliss will be on our way
