Good question Sahib Ji
Sikhi does not believe in Devil or Demons. The word Devil or Demon (SAITAAN or BHOOT) in Punjabi is used as a metaphor for a bad person who is controlled by five viices and doing bad deeds.

They are ignorant of he virtues of Akaal Purkh and hence Satan or Demon is always with them
I may say in GURBANI no human as a person is devil. GURU says the KAAM, KROTH, LOBH, MOH, HANKAR, EGO AND ALL VICES ARE THE REAL DEVILS.
