I’ve noticed more people in foreign lands visit astrologers than they do back home in India.

Person not utilizing the available source of knowledge is no way better than a blind person. If a person has got a lamp with him, but still he falls in a ditch. Then he must be a blind person only. Similarly if a person who has got a good available source of knowledge, but does not try to acquire that, then he is no way better than a blind person
ਕਬੀਰ ਮਨੁ ਜਾਨੈ ਸਭ ਬਾਤ ਜਾਨਤ ਹੀ ਅਉਗਨੁ ਕਰੈ ॥ ਕਾਹੇ ਕੀ ਕੁਸਲਾਤ ਹਾਥਿ ਦੀਪੁ ਕੂਏ ਪਰੈ ॥੨੧੬॥ (੧੩੭੬)
We have got a good source of knowledge and guide in the form of Guru Granth Sahib, but if we do not try to obtain and utilize this great source of information, then we are in no way better than a blind or illiterate person
There is darkness in this world due to the lack of the knowledge from the True Guru. The Naam of the Akal Purkh is the only solution which can be understood with the help of Shabad Guru. Only the Gurbani written in Guru Granth Sahib can enlighten us and show the proper path.
