See lessTo elaborate on “Mukti”, it is freedom from all the attachment to the worldly attractions (MAYA) and live in line with the HUKAM, the order of the Creator.
Mukti is attained by living a SCHIAR life, a truthful life based on NAAMU, the laws of the Creators for this Creation. This way of life is explained in the Bani enshrined in Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji.
By the way, rituals, quite often promoted under the name of MARYADA are not part of this way of life.

This is one of the benefits of becoming a Sikh and living a Sikhi life.
So the answer to your question is for you to start to learn Gurbani, understand HUKAM and try to live a SACHIAR life.

Guru Sahibs atates, there no enemy and none is outsider, I am friends with everyone.
Unlike other faiths, Sikhi accepts that people can have different faith and still be good people deserving of all Creator’s blessings. Sikhi accepts humanity as one family, no distinction on any basis including religion, gender, national origin, color, cast, creed, or any such thing.

Could someone explain the difference between a Sikh, Sardaar and a Singh?
Sikh is defined in Sri Guru Granth Sahib, as the ones who, as soon as they wake up remember the Creator, take bath and then immerses themselves in the sea of Gurbani. All day, as they go about performing their daily responsibility, they remember the Creator and live a life of truthful person. SardarRead more

Sardar: is a Persian word meaning a leader. The Leaders of that time wore DASTAR, (Turban). Sikhs are known as Sardars as they were truthful people with high character so the community respected them as good leaders. The Sikhi wore Dastaar (Turban) as well. So it fit right in with their being termed Sardar.
Singh is last name given by Guru Gobind Singh Ji to all Sikhs at the time of taking KHANDAY DI PAHUL (also called AMRITt). Then others are born into Singh family and inherit that last name.
Please note: Singh is not unique to Sikhs. The “Singh” was a last name for some Rajput before Guru Gobind Singh Ji gave it to the Sikhs. And Rajput, who are Hindus, still use Singh as their last name.
So not every person with last name as Singh is a Sikh.

RAKHRHI is not Sikhi Festival; There is no direct quote in Gurbani for or against it.
The question is: Should Sikhs observe RAHKHRHI?
It depends:
Sikhi does not promote observation of RAKHRHI, but if it is used to celebrate the bond between brother and sister, nothing wrong with it as long as it not associated with rituals from other faiths.
But normally, people observing RAKHRHI as a ritual, associate other ritualistic activities with it, like ARTI, Tilak etc. and that is inconsistent with Sikhi Philosophy.
The intent behind RKHRHI, (RAKHSHA BANDHAN) is for brother to promise his sister that he will protect her in the hour of need. In Sikhi there is complete gender equality, Sikh Sisters are equally capable of protecting themselves and other community members. E.g. MAI BHAGO. So they (sisters) do not need their brother to promise them each year that the brother will protect her for the next year and then the promise will need to be renewed.
Also for a Sikh, it is the life long practice and not one day commitment, to protect, not just sisters, but also anyone else who might needs protection. That is the commitment a Sikh, a male or a female, makes the day he commits to being a Sikh.
Therefore, celebrate it, if you like, but in Sikhi, it has no meaning other than fun activity to share with the family.
