Thanks you for asking this deep question. As best I know based on my limited knowledge of deeper meaning of Gurbani vocabulary, the answer is: ਅਰਾਧੀ means ਸਿਮਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਧਿਆਈ means ਧਿਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ. ਚਿੰਤਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, For one who is tuned with the Creator, both means the same.

In my best opinion, looking at the situation, Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib ji scarificed his life to protect the human rights of the entire humanity.
The Aurangzeb, the ruler of part of current India was challenging the human rights of the non-Muslims community. Remeber only the non-Muslims were being targetted. So it may be inappropriate to call him Hind di chaddar, because it was not for all residents of HInd (India). And calling him DHARAM DI CHADDAR, may also be limiting him because, Muslims will not come under that either.
Lets just call him, Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji, the ninth Guru of SIkhs and that covers it all.
I would leave it at that.

I am not aware of any verse in Sri Guru Granth Sahib that addresses your question directly.
It is human nature to be clannish, i.e. stick with those who happen to be like you. And these social division are among the criteria. It may be nothing more than being clannish. This is the case in Diaspora.
In addition, in Punjab (India), there are caste based Gurduaras because of discrimination between the casts. Even though the Gurbani is totally against caste based divisions, but MANMUKH (self-centered) individuals are not adopting this Gubani message.

Respected Sukhpreet Kaur Ji; I agree with the response given earlier. Part of making the SABD Guru one’s base (ADHAAR) includes the message:

Take the initiative in your life, and enjoy the fruits of your earnings (hard work).
So the verse does include taking the initiative, working hard and enjoying (being happy/satisfied) with the rewards one receives.

Respected Sukhpreet Kaur Ji; I agree with the response given earlier. Please allow me to elaborate a little more. Please allow me to elaborate a little more.
Please refer to the Gurbani verse:
ਘਾਲਿ ਖਾਇ ਕਿਛੁ ਹਥਹੁ ਦੇਇ ॥ ਨਾਨਕ ਰਾਹੁ ਪਛਾਣਹਿ ਸੇਇ ॥੧॥ (P:1245)
The one earns his living with hard (honest) work and shares (fulfil some need) has learned the way of live.
One way to share one’s earnings is donating it at the Gurduara and the management is expected to use it to fulfil the community needs.
Hope it helps.
