Within all, the God speaks (means resides). Out of the same clay, the elephant, the ant, and the many sorts of species are formed. God resides in all stationary life forms, moving beings, worms, moths and within each and everyone.
That means everyone is equal. But many Sikhs continue practice caste system against the preaching of the Guru.

Why did Guru Nanak Dev Ji find Sikhism? What were his reasons for founding it?
Sikh means a seeker, student and Guru is a Spiritual Teacher. Guru Nanak observed that due to lack of spiritual knowledge people were directionless and priests for their own gains were exploiting them by preaching useless rituals, when he says “ਜਗੁ ਦੁਖੀਆ ਸੁਖੀਆ ਜਨੁ ਕੋਇ ॥ Jag DRead more

Ego is a chronic disease, but it contains it is not incurable. Garibi Gadha Hamari” AGGS 628. Ego can be controlled by adopting humility.

Everyone including vegetation and animals are suffering from the heat. Guru is explaining that those people who follow worldly temptations and try to fulfil them with any corrupt means always suffer and have miserable life as if living in the month of Harh. To get relief from the sufferings of life one should imbibe Godly Virtues (Naam) and don’t let yourself suffer by using corrupt means.

The teachings of the Guru is to live a Truthful life by imbibing Godly Virtues.
AGGS 379
Kam Krodh Maya Madh Matasar Ea Khelat Sabh Juai Hare || Sat Santokh Daya Dharam Sach Eh Apunai Grih Bhitar Vare ||1||
Person who takes spiritual knowledge and wisdom from the Guru loses ardent sexual desire, anger, intoxication with worldly passion (Maya), ego and jealousy as stake in the game of life and usher in mind (Mann) Voluntary service Seva (Sat), contentment (Santokh), compassion (Daya), righteousness (Dharam) and truthfulness (Sach).
Amanpreet Kaur Ji I think only Sikhi way of life teaches it. I am not aware o any other philosophy. Even Guru Nanak says
AGGS 360
Khat Darsan Vartai Vartara || Gur Ka Darsan Agam Apara ||1||
The six philosophies (Khat Darshan) are pervasive in our mind (Mann), but we have to realize that the philosophy of the Guru (Gur Darshan) is profound and unequalled.

Chinta Ta Ki Kijiai Jo Anhoni Hoe || Eh Marag Sansar Ko Nanak Thir Nehi Koe ||51||
We should not worry about things on which we have no control. People should worry when something unexpected happens. Guru says nothing in this world is unexpected. We have no control on behavior of spouse, children and other relatives, and it is expected. Death in the family, loss of job, loss of loved one is expected. We should learn to live with that and change ourselves rather trying to change others.
AGGS 1428

Jatan Bahut Sukh Ke Keeae Dukh Ko Keeou N Koe || Kahu Nanak Sunn Re Mna Har Bhavai So Hoe ||39||
People wish for something, but something different happens. So their mind (Mann) is always at unease, unhappy. They then try different means of achieving and never come out of it. People make all sorts of efforts to find peace and pleasure, but no one tries to earn pain. (Pain and failure is an opportunity to learn and improve). Nanak says, we should be contented and happy what we are and have. At the same time strive for more and better life by honest means.
