Aneesh Singh Ji Gurus preached against caste system. They said
AGGS 988
Sabhai Ghat Ram Bolai Rama Bolai || Ram Bina Ko Bolai Re ||1|| Rehao ||
Eka Mati Kunjar Chiti Bhajan Hain Bahu Nana Re || Asthavar Jangam Keet Patangam Ghat Ghat Ram Samana Re ||1||
Within all, the God speaks (means resides). Out of the same clay, the elephant, the ant, and the many sorts of species are formed. God resides in all stationary life forms, moving beings, worms, moths and within each and everyone.
That means everyone is equal. But many Sikhs continue practice caste system against the preaching of the Guru.
