Why are sewadars always men when Sikhism is about equality?

      real sewa is loyal towards mankind and all living beings and help them according to your capacities.

      ਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਸਬਦੁ ਵੀਚਾਰੁ – 223
      The real Sewa is Shabad Vichar, which is must for each and everyone.
      The rest are physical duties which depend on the demand and supply.
      However, there is no restriction on men or women. It our own created social system which has divided the duties among men and women. We need to change that.

      As explained by Veer Sarabjit Singh, this is a flaw in our religion, created by the clergy class for their selfish greedy reasons, which needs to be removed.
