      There is no reference to the NIHANG SINGHs in Gurbani enshrined in Guru Granth Sahib Ji. There is referecne to NIHANG and to SINGH separately.
      Literally it means a Determined/committed Lion.
      Nihang Singhs are part of KHALSA army formed by Guru Gobind SIngh Ji, still in tact.
