This is a dera started in in early 1900 in Punjab by Baba Nand Singh Ji known as Nanak Sar near Jagraon (Ludhiana). They do not follow the Maryada of Akaal Takhat
They do Keertan and Path from Gurbani but they don’t do or teach anything from Gurbani. Like many other deras in Punjab and other places it has become a business center to make money on spreading the blind faith to support their clergy.
India and Punjab is a fertile land for these deras because of illiteracy, blind faith and no Gian.
Agree with the answer above.
To add my two cents worth.
There is no such thing as GURU GHAR building, A building is a GURDUARA or DHARAMSAAL.
GURDUARA, where one goes to gain Gurbani Knowlwedge, DHARAMSAAL, where the DHARAM is taught.
GURU GHAR implies where the Guru lives. As per Gurnbani Guru lives in Sikhi hearts.

It may be in a book form or in any electronic device.
This written or recorded form may be anywhere ie a building or in a Palki, or in memory, or in pocket in our mobile, and that particular place may be called the Guru Ghar ……….
