      Just a liitle additions:

      ਨਾਨਕ ਸੋਈ ਦਿਨਸੁ ਸੁਹਾਵੜਾ ਜਿਤੁ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਆਵੈ ਚਿਤਿ ॥ਜਿਤੁ ਦਿਨਿ ਵਿਸਰੈ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਫਿਟੁ ਭਲੇਰੀ ਰੁਤਿ ॥੧॥
      (ਮ:੫, ਪੰ:੩੧੮)
      As per Nanak, All those days when one remembers the Creator are good days . The days when we do not have the Creator in mind is worth condemnation.

      ਸਗੁਨ ਅਪਸਗੁਨ ਤਿਸ ਕਉ ਲਗਹਿ ਜਿਸੁ ਚੀਤਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ॥
      ਤਿਸੁ ਜਮੁ ਨੇੜਿ ਨ ਆਵਈ ਜੋ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਭਾਵੈ ॥੨॥ (ਮ:੫, ਪੰ:੪੦੦)

      Good or bad omen happent to those who do not keep the ੴ (EiKKo) in mind. The Jam (bad omen) do not even come close to those who keep ੴ (The One) in their minds.
