      Respected Brother/Sister,
      Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!

      From your question what the undersigned can make out is that you are talking about the following Tuk by Bhatt Mathura ji, which is located at Panna 1409 of Guru Granth Sahib:-

      ਤਤੁ ਬਿਚਾਰੁ ਯਹੈ ਮਥੁਰਾ ਜਗ ਤਾਰਨ ਕਉ ਅਵਤਾਰੁ ਬਨਾਯਉ ॥ ਜਪ੍ਯ੍ਯਉ ਜਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਅਰਜੁਨ ਦੇਵ ਗੁਰੂ ਫਿਰਿ ਸੰਕਟ ਜੋਨਿ ਗਰਭ ਨ ਆਯਉ ॥੬॥ {ਪੰਨਾ 1409}

      ਅਰਥ: ਪਰ, ਹੇ ਮਥੁਰਾ! ਹੁਣ ਸੱਚੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਰਨ ਲਈ (ਹਰੀ ਨੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਅਰਜੁਨ) ਅਵਤਾਰ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਅਰਜੁਨ ਦੇਵ (ਜੀ) ਨੂੰ ਜਪਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਪਰਤ ਕੇ ਗਰਭ ਜੂਨ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਏ।6।

      In this Tuk, Bhatt Mathura, after contemplation, has come to a conclusion that Akalpurakh has incarnated in Fifth Guru Person, Guru Arjun Sahib and those who meditate of Him don’t get into the cycle of transmigration of soul. The deeper meaning of what Bhatt Mathura is saying is that those who become one with Akalpurakh and Shabad Guru, who are embodiment of each other, don’t get into the cycle of transmigration.

      The undersigned wants to further say that transmigration iof soul after death is not a Sikhi concept but is of Hinduism. In Sikhism the mind (ਮਨ) gets into the cycle of transmigration every moment, when it gets stuck into the material world. To make it clear, the undersigned is just quoting two Pangtis of a Shabad of Bhagat Namdev ji at Panna 693 of Guru Granth Sahib:-

      ਇਹ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਤੇ ਤਬ ਹੀ ਛੂਟਉ ਜਉ ਮਾਇਆ ਨਹ ਲਪਟਾਵਉ ॥ ਮਾਇਆ ਨਾਮੁ ਗਰਭ ਜੋਨਿ ਕਾ ਤਿਹ ਤਜਿ ਦਰਸਨੁ ਪਾਵਉ ॥੩॥ (ਪੰਨਾ 693)

      ਅਰਥ: ਇਸ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦੇ ਬੰਧਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਤਦੋਂ ਹੀ ਖ਼ਲਾਸੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਵਿਚ ਨਾ ਫਸਾਂ; ਮਾਇਆ (ਦਾ ਮੋਹ) ਹੀ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਨ ਦੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿਚ ਪੈਣ ਦਾ ਮੂਲ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।੩।

      Sikhism subscribes to the theory of emancipation/salvation in this life itself (ਜੀਵਨ ਮੁਕਤ) on getting rid of vices and achieving the stage of spiritual equipoise (ਆਤਮਿਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ) and spiritual bliss (ਆਤਮਿਕ ਆਨੰਦ).

      Hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please do ask. If you find any deficiencies, please point out the same, for improvement in future.

      Regards,
      Your Brother

        To mediate, become one with Akalpurakh and Shabad Guru, who are embodiment of each other and clean your mind (ਮਨ) of the rubbish collected since birth as being taught in the two Pangtis by Third Guru Person, Guru Amardas Sahib, in his Baani ‘Anand Sahib’:-

        ਮੰਨੁ ਧੋਵਹੁ ਸਬਦਿ ਲਾਗਹੁ ਹਰਿ ਸਿਉ ਰਹਹੁ ਚਿਤੁ ਲਾਇ ॥ (ਪੰਨਾ 919)

        ਅਰਥ: (ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਵਿਚ ਜੁੜੋ, ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਸਦਾ ਚਿੱਤ ਜੋੜੀ ਰੱਖੋ, (ਜੇ) ਮਨ (ਧੋਣਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ) ਧੋਵੋ।
