      What I understand SAT AND SAAD mean SATGURU, SHABAD, DIVINE WISDOM OG THE GURU. SAT SANGAT to me means to become SAT, become divine , SACHIARA.

      As understood by the undersigned both mean the same. Sangat means congregation. Both Sat Sangat and Sadh Sangat mean congregation of truthful persons. If you can read Gurmukhi/Punjabi, the undersigned can quote a Shabad in which both the words ‘Sat Sangat’ and ‘Sadh Sangat’ appear and have the same meaning. The Shabad is at Panna 29 of Guru Granth Sahib.
