O my foolish haughty you are always in the grip of ego and are always indulging in Maya (material belongings granted by God for daily use) out of greed like a fish caught in the net because of greed. O foolish mind you are never contended and want more and more without realising the you get only what you are ordained to get neither more nor less. God has blessed yoy with this body ( so that you can do good) but O unforunate one, you are always indulging in satisfying it’s physical need without bothering about the needs of the soul, ( which is your true self). O mind listen to the voice of your soul and follow the path laid down by the spiritually evevated ones. By doing so you will be devoid of all fear inclding the biggest fear the fear of death which is the cause of many more fears including reincarnation.

ਦੁੱਖ ਦਾਰੂ ਸੁਖੁ ਰੋਗ ਭਇਆ।
God sends the pain and suffering as a remedy for many ills (mental as well as physical) that we contract whjile undergoing the journey of life. The so called pain that comes as per His Will serves as a medicine when we introspect and as a result become better beings.
This is how even the so called the pain becomes a gift.

A true Sikh has many more qualities than just his way of bathing. I believe a Sikh should not take bath completely naked. There is certainly no problem taking bath while wearing the ਕਛਹਿਰਾ
