Respected Sukhi Kaur Ji, It means whatever we receive in our lives is the benevolence of the Almighty. Even the pain is a gift as it makes us go close to our creator. Pain opens many avenues and changes the perspective of our lives.
Thank you for the reply
The lines should be read together to understand the meaning.
The lines mean that in this world there are many who are undergoing pain hunger and all other kinds of suffering. But this too hapens as per Your Will and should be accepted as such, as a gift as Gurbani says
God sends the pain and suffering as a remedy for many ills (mental as well as physical) that we contract whjile undergoing the journey of life. The so called pain that comes as per His Will serves as a medicine when we introspect and as a result become better beings.
This is how even the so called the pain becomes a gift.
