Respected Aadhik Ji;
There is no direct answer to your question in Sri Guru Granth Sahib.
However, based my know ledge of Sikhi principles, Sikhi is way of life.
This way of life includes: spiritual part which is living in accordance with the Laws of the Creator and the worldly(Social) part is to defend the Human rights of everyone specially the week.
Khanda or Kirpan is like a gun for the Law enforcement. When all else fails, it can be used to protect the honor of the victim.
