Is this your question or observation?
Ignore if someone acts superior; his/her inner conscious knows his state..
An AMRITDHARI SIKH is the most humble person on earth, where is the question of superiority. Such a SIKH can be EGOISTIC not superior.
????????????????
I agree with both the answers above.
Thanks for bringing it out.
In Sikhi, everyone is equal, no one is superior. If anyone, by mistake, acts as if they are superior, they need to go back and read Gurbani to understand its message.
Yes, based on their qualification and skills, one may be assigned one duty and others may be assigned a different duty but none is superior or inferior.
????????????????
Amrit primarily means Gurbani
As per the explicit teachings of Gurbani contained in the 1429 pages, a Seeker is expected to ਖਾਵੈ and ਭੁੰਚੈ only Gurbani and nothing else.
As explained by the Scholars, we can attain Sachiarhood by imbibing Gurbani alone.
Anything that enhances our Ego should be avoided.
Ego, ਹਉਮੈ is the worst enemy of a Sikh.
