Hukamnaama is the Shabd we read from Satguru Granth Sahib Ji by opening a random page in the middle generally in the morning or other times after Ardaas. Its the command of the Guru.
The teachings of the the Shabd should also be explained after reading the Hukam Naama so that Sangat could understand the message of the Guru to adopt in their lives to become Sachiar.
