I am unable to find any reference to KARAH PARSHAAD in Guru Granth Sahib Bani.
IN Gurduaras, Karah Parshad is a distributed to the attendees. It is assumed to be a gift from Guru Sahib. It is a nutritional food.
As per Gurbani, it has no other spiritual value.
