Respected Karnam Ji
Read the Bani of Dhan Dhan Guru Granth Sahib Ji with love, emotion, and understanding. Then apply the golden teachings in Gurbani in your life and live according to them. This is the meditation in Gurmat. There is no instruction anywhere to sit in Samadhi with eyes closed. There is a teaching to distribute the good virtues, and earnings made with your honesty and hard work.
That is to say, Liv means meditation, meaning to make one’s mind Gurmukh by doing good deeds, and by following the criteria of Guru’s Shabad.
This means that even if I keep sitting on a Samadhi, meaning keep quiet, but still the thoughts will keep coming into my mind. So the real meditation is to live life with the auspicious virtues that are taught in the Gurbani and to keep them always present in our minds.
Thanks
The easiest way of meditation according to Gurmat is to recite listen understand and follow Gurbani written in Guru Granth Sahib.
Jap – 2
None of the physical techniques related to body posture are accepted.
Nor the repeated recitation of any word or sentence is acceptable according to Gurmat.
We have to understand the Hukam and qualities of Akal Purkh with the help of Gurbani.
Thanks
