Respected Chinu Ji,
The meaning for this tuk is:
In it, Guru Sahib has explained by giving examples,
Pavan is Hawa = Oxygen
Just as breath means air and oxygen are very important for our life, so too it is necessary to have a Guru for our spiritual life. Meaning Shabad Guru, Gyan Guru is very important for our life.
Pani is Water
We are made of water (75%). Water also means contentment.
Mata Dhart is Mother Earth.
Mother Earth means tolerance.
So to live a Sachyara (Spiritual) life we need to have Shabad Guru in form of pavan, a father in the form of contentment and a mother in the form of tolerance.
