      Respected Satnam Ji,
In SGGS ghosts/devils (bhoot/pret) don’t really have an appearance. There is also no such example in SGGS of ghosts/devils having appearances in a human being/body. According to SGGS the following are the examples (pramaan): –
      1) Ghost/Devils words for objects –
      Meaning for this tuk –
The essential reality is the true name of the Parmaatma.
      2) Ghost/Devils words for the body –
      Meaning for this tuk –
In all forms, He himself is pervading.
      3) Ghost/Devils words for time –
In this, the word ghost/devils mean past time and meaning of this tuk is –
The mortal does evil deeds and hides from others, but Parmaatma is present everywhere, how can we hide things from him?
      4) Ghost/Devils words for subject disorder –
      Meaning for this tuk –
Human beings are argumentative demons, terrifying goblins. These demons stir up conflict and strife.
      5) Ghost/Devils words for people without qualities –
      Meaning for this tuk –
Bhagat Kabeer Ji says that those houses in which neither the holy people nor the Parmaatma and the parents are served, those houses are like the cremation grounds, where the devils and demons are within them.
But the Guru has such a blessing that whoever comes in his glory he makes them Gurmukh, the Guru beautifies them.
      Meaning of this tuk –
O Nanak! Whoever seeks your sanctuary, he is forever and ever a sacrifice to you as you save the beasts, demons, and fools, and even stones are carried across.
So let’s read the SGGS by ourselves and understand it so that we are saved from any means of superstitious illusions.

I agree with both the answers provided earlier.
You already have enough references from Gurbani,

There must be different explanation to the black marks on your garments then something un-natural. Ghosts etc.
As per Guru Nanak no such things exist. May be evil men. Is there anyone in your friendship circle who might be doing it to scare you?
Have faith in the ੴ (Eikko) THE ONE, the Creator of us all, and you will find the real reason one day.
In case negative thoughts come to you mind, just try to read and understand Gurbani message you will know it yourself.

Not trying to saying to say nobody is wrong but look what Jagraj Singh had said ?
Read the comments on the video :-
wjkk wjkf bhaji can u please explain about what to do if you think someone has done black magic on you and you are amritdhari?
firstly i would like to say that things like ghosts and black magic do exists in this world. but they effect only those vessels(humans) which are empty.. but if you do simran in the morning (amrit wela) and ur nitnem then u will not be harmed by these things.
the only thing u hae to do is to have faith and patience dont get tired that i m do simran for so many years still i m not leading a happy life just have patience and do ur simran daily(try to do everytime when ur doing ur work cooking if u dont want to do loudly do in ur mann (mind) )and nitnem.
