The definition of Akal Purkh (God) according to Gurmat is.
ੴ ਸਤਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਕਰਤਾ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਨਿਰਭਉ ਨਿਰਵੈਰੁ ਅਕਾਲ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਅਜੂਨੀ ਸੈਭੰ ਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥ Jap – 1
According to this definition, a man or any physical entity cannot be Akal Purkh (God). Neither he is born and nor dies.
