Does Langar at the Gurudwara always have to be indian foods or can it be other foods?

There is no condition of any type of food. But that has to be a balanced diet, which does not do any harm to the digestive system.
The ingredients should be fresh and cleaned.
Processed foods, chillies and strong madalas are not good for health, especially for the children. It is always better to use seasonal food.
