Thank you for asking a question most people have and perhaps dont think of asking.

As best as I can answer it, based on my knowledge of Gurbani, having faith in the HUKAM of ੴ (Eikko) THE ONE is the only answer.
As per Gurbani each and everything happens withing the HUKAM. As human, one cannot fully understand the full plan of the ੴ (Eikko) THE ONE, and hence is disappointed or hurt at time (Goes through difficult times). Knowing that the ੴ (Eikko) THE ONE is taking care of everyone as per Its plan, accepting the HUKAM of the ੴ (Eikko) THE ONE, is the only answer. This helps (allows) one to move forwards positively and work towards better tomorrow.

Not accepting the HUKAM can only lead to further frustration with the result that one would not be as good as one can be today, and hence not making one’s future as good as it can be.

      Dear Kaur
Let me reassure you in life we all face difficult times.
Yes your thinking and feelings are right.
I will share my feelings with you.
Every time I’ve faced difficulties I have trusted waheguru and prayed.
God is always with us, this difficult time shall pass.
      keep that faith and hope.
Go to Gurdwara and spend time there.
I pray that the hard time you are facing passes soon.
Someone recently said to me your always so positive.
my reply was because god is with me.
      stay strong.God bless you

Kaur Ji I have read all the answers and your questions. As a Physician first suggestion is that you talk to your Physician. May be you need some medication to control your sadness. My second suggestion is that you may not need Physician but change in the attitude.
      ਸੂਖ ਦੂਖ ਇਸੁ ਮਨ ਕੀ ਬਿਰਥਾ ਤੁਝ ਹੀ ਆਗੈ ਸਾਰੈ ॥੧॥ AGGS 820
Sukh Dukh Es Mann Ki Birtha Tujh Hi Agai Sarai. ||1||
Suffering (Dukh) and Happiness (Sukh) are part of human life, our own making. Depending on our thinking or thoughts and the resulting actions, we experience Dukh or Sukh. If our thinking or thoughts and the resulting actions are primarily Dukh producing, then one cannot avoid Dukh. To the contrary, if our thinking or thoughts and the resulting actions are primarily Sukh producing, then we cannot avoid Sukh either. Accordingly, Gurbani reminds us that it’s foolishness to pray or ask God for only Sukh by abandoning all Dukh. We need to change our attitude towards life. If healthy life is a gift of God then illness is also gift of God. This body has to decay and getting illness is part of life. If we get miserable then our misery is going to increase. If we accept it as God’s Will (Hukam) then we will be happy even in illness and pain. Something which gives happiness to one person might give unhappiness to other. Rich people can be very unhappy and poor very happy if contented with whatever one has and try for more.
      ਦੁਖੁ ਦਾਰੂ ਸੁਖੁ ਰੋਗੁ ਭਇਆ ਜਾ ਸੁਖੁ ਤਾਮਿ ਨ ਹੋਈ ॥ AGGS 469
Dukh Daru Sukh Rog Bhaia Ja Sukh Taam N Hoi ||
Suffering is the medicine, and pleasure the disease, because where there is pleasure, there is no desire to learn and improve. So we should not feel unhappy when suffering. Living in harmony with Will of God (Hukam) and learning from the suffering to improve is an example of change of attitude towards problems of life.
I hope this will help. For more info watch my you tube.

What I take from your question is that what you see around you about SIKHS disturb you and is painful to see. What I suggest is to concentrate on yourself, be who you are. When you are in peace, following SIKHI WAY OF LIFE, you will not get angry at what you see, you will remain positive and try to bring about change. There are lot of efforts these days to address challenges facing SIKHI. Let us be hopeful.

      Dear Kaur,
I understand how you are feeling. Just think, I have to rebuild my life and I will become a Victor in my life. Do this self-talk every morning when you get up. Plan your daily routine. Connect with Shabad Guru during the day multiple times. You will feel the wisdom of Gurbani will guide you and positivity will fill your life. You will see light in the darkness. You will feel peace and happiness coming to your life.

there, only the Lord’s Name shall go with you to sustain you.
