Can Sikhs believe and follow the Dosha’s features and lifestyles according to the Ayurveda? Or is that considered superstitious?

Ayurveda is a medical science, prevalent in India since a long time. About Sikhs believing in Ayurveda, it is a matter of personal choice. Gurbani has nothing to do it.
I understand that about the Ayurveda in general, but what about the Doshas? Those seem to be like the zodiac signs, numerology, horoscopes, etc. Are they considered science too?

As you would observe that they have nothing to do with Zodiac signs or numerology, horoscope etc. I understand that experienced Ayurvedic doctors, without asking you anything, by seeing your pulse only, can tell about health problems being faced by you.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dosha Me and my family have been given Doshas and it turns out that the description for each of them matches between %50 and %90 percent with each of us, making doshas very accurate but not exactly scientific. I guess the problem is that different websites provide different information. For example, one website says eggs are good for you and another website says eggs are bad for you.
But it’s good to know that it is not mandatory in Sikhism to either believe or not believe in Ayurveda overall.
