Came across the above / words while I was reading.
I believe they mean powerful.
Please could respected scholars explain them a little deeper, so I can understand them better.

      Yes, Samrath/Amitoj means powerful. According to Gurbani,
      ਹਮ ਹਰਿ ਸਿਉ ਧੜਾ ਕੀਆ ਜਿਸ ਕਾ ਕੋਈ ਸਮਰਥੁ ਨਾਹਿ।।(366)
      Meaning, I have made that Akaal Purakh my alliance, there is no one more powerful/stronger than him. So, our Ardaas should be in front of only and only Akaal Purakh (SGGS Ji).

      The word Samrath means All Powerful
      The word Amitoj means unlimited glow
      There are many Shabds in Satguru Granth Sahib Ji. Here are a few:
      SATGUR MERA VAD SAMRATHA II ANK 98-99
      My true guru is absolutely powerfull.
      GUR SAMRATH GUR NIRANKKAAR GUR UUCHAA AAGAM AAPAAR II ANK 52
      The Guru is all-powerfull and formless, Guru is lofty and and infinite ii
      GUR DATA SAMRATH GUR GUR SABH MEH RAHIA SAMAYE II ANK 49-50
      The Guru is the Giver, the Guru is all-powerful, the Guru is the Creator.
      There is no difference between true Guru and God. By the teachings of Gurbani we have to realize the Creator within us all the times and inculcate the virtues of God to become Sachiara. Charhdi Kala, Happiness and Bliss will be on our way
