ਦੇਵੀ ਦੇਵਾ ਪੂਜਹਿ ਡੋਲਹਿ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਨਹੀ ਜਾਨਾ।।
Vishwakarma Day is celebrated in northern India every year on the day after Diwali. It is believed that worshipping Vishwakarma greatly increases one’s work. He is considered a great engineer. At the same time, it is believed that he was a great craftsman of the gods (devta) and also made their weapons. It can also be said that he was a carpenter of the gods.
Let us first take a look at the great engineer of these gods.
Vishwakarma is the largest architect in the world. It in the Rig Veda.
It is called Sarvadarshi Devta. It has eyes, mouth, arms and feet on all sides.
It is also written in Ramayana that he also built the city of Lanka.
But the most interesting story that is attached to it, is something like this:
He had a daughter named Sanjana. She was married to Sun. But when Sanjana came to visit her dad Vishwakarma after marriage, she said that she could not stand the heat of the sun. Then when Sun came to get his wife Sanjana back, Vishwakarma put his son-in-law Sun on a lathe and cut off one-eighth of it. From the pieces of the sun that fell on the earth, they made the wheel of Vishnu, the trident of Shiva, the weapon of the god of wealth, the spear of the god of war and the weapons of other gods. It is said that the idol of Jagannath was also made by Vishwakarma.

What a wonderful story. Now think about it! What would happen to a poor son-in-law if a father-in-law put his son-in-law on a lathe these days?
This deity is worshiped on the very next day after Diwali. The Ramgarhia community celebrates this day the most and with very excitement. Even though Guru Sahib has taken us out of the cycle of caste and creed, the Ramgarhia community still considers it their deity. Moreover, all the people who do technical work all celebrate this day with great devotion. Because they believe that Vishwakarma has made all the tools. If we worship Vishwakarma then the functioning will increase a lot and we will make new tools thanks to the grace of Vishwakarma. What is even more sad is that this day is also celebrated in many of our Gurdwaras. Dhan Dhan Guru Granth Sahib Ji is seated and a photograph of Vishwakarma is placed in front of him. This imaginary deity is praised in the presence of Guru Sahib.
Let us understand in the light of Gurbani what Guru Sahib is explaining to us about the worship of gods and goddesses. What is the place of Vishwakarma? We have to study according to Gurmat. There is no opposition. Guru Sahib was not against Bipar but against his inverted rules. Bipar made 33 crore gods. Each was given a different task. For example, if any work is to be started, then worship of Ganesh ji, worship of Lakshmi Mata for money, etc.
Now Vishwakarma means the doer of the world. But there is only one doer of the world.
ਕਰਣ ਕਾਰਣ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਏਕੁ ਹੈ ਦੂਸਰ ਨਾਹੀ ਕੋਇ।।(276)
It means that the Creator of the world is only Akal Purakh and no one else.
There is another thing. Work is done by hand. The tools work a little bit. The hands are made by Akal Purakh. If there are no hands then how will the tools work.
Akal Purakh is only Vishwakarma. He is the one who has given us all the consciousness. He has given us all the insight. We leave one Akal Purakh and wander here and there.
Vishwakarma is actually God Himself. Gurbani says:
*ਖੰਡ ਪਤਾਲ ਅਸੰਖ ਮੈ ਗਣਤ ਨ ਹੋਈ।।
ਤੂ ਕਰਤਾ ਗੋਵਿੰਦੁ ਤੁਧੁ ਸਿਰਜੀ ਤੁਧੈ ਗੋਈ।।
ਲਖ ਚਉਰਾਸੀਹ ਮੇਦਨੀ ਤੁਝ ਹੀ ਤੇ ਹੋਈ।।*(1283)
Meaning you are the creator of this earth, you are the one who takes care of everything. There is no one other than you who can create the earth. There is only one God who creates and runs everything.
Now if we think anyway then our people worship Vishwakarma that it makes tools. But they will say that we need tools made from Germany. Then where does this god go.
In this way many companies have developed the best automatic machinery then they should also be worshipped.
Second, can the sun ever be mounted on a lathe? Even children today know that the sun is not a solid object but a gas sphere spanning millions of miles. Can a gas cylinder be cut? On what earth did you plant such a large lathe to peel the sun?
These are all just bizarre mythical stories.
There is only one Akal Purakh explained in Dhan Dhan Guru Granth Sahib. There is no mention of worshiping any deity. Gurbani says:
ਦੇਵੀ ਦੇਵਾ ਪੂਜਹਿ ਡੋਲਹਿ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਨਹੀ ਜਾਨਾ।।(332)
This means that people worship the gods and goddesses made of clay and live in fear because they do not even know the one Akal Purakh.
We have to know only one God. We have to understand Him alone:
ਕਰਨ ਕਰਾਵਨ ਆਪੇ ਆਪਿ।।(278)
The Parmaatma Himself is able to do and get everything done. Whose Hukam is used everywhere.
*ਹਰਿ ਸੋ ਹੀਰਾ ਛਾਡਿ ਕੈ ਕਰਹਿ ਆਨ ਕੀ ਆਸ।।
ਤੇ ਨਰ ਦੋਜਕ ਜਾਹਿਗੇ ਸਤਿ ਭਾਖੈ ਰਵਿਦਾਸ।।*(1377)
This means that the mental state of the people who give up the diamond in the name of God and hope for other gods and goddesses is always wandering.
*ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ਗੁਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਿਉਹਾੜੀ ਸਦ ਵਾਰ।।
ਜਿਨਿ ਮਾਣਸ ਤੇ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਕੀਏ ਕਰਤ ਨ ਲਾਗੀ ਵਾਰ।।*(462)
I am always a sacrifice to my Guru who has made even fools like us virtuous. He has made us the best human being.
I join hands to all my brothers and sisters who have abandoned their great Guru and worshipped imaginary gods and goddesses. Let us turn our attention to our Guru and become a true Gurmukh.
Let us adhere to the great principle that Guru Sahib has blessed us with and accept only Akal Purakh. In the end let us recite the Dhan Dhan Guru Granth Sahib Ji ourselves. Let us enlighten our life with the light of Gurbani. Only believe Him.

……..ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ DAY …….
ਦੇਵੀ ਦੇਵਾ ਪੂਜਹਿ ਡੋਲਹਿ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਨਹੀ ਜਾਨਾ।।
ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਦੀਵਾਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਅਗਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ ਦਿਵਸ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਐਸਾ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਮਹਾਨ ਉਸਰਈਆ (ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ) ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਕਾਰੀਗਰ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਸ਼ਤਰ ਵੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੀ ਕਹਿ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਤਰਖਾਣ ਸੀ ।
ਆਉ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ ਬਾਰੇ ਥੋੜ੍ਹੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲੈ ਲਈਏ ।
ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ , ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਦਾ ਸੱਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਉਸਰਈਆ ਹੈ । ਰਿਗਵੇਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ
ਸਰਬਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਦੇਵਤਾ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।ਇਸ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਪਾਸੇ ਅੱਖਾਂ, ਮੂੰਹ , ਬਾਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਰ ਲੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ।
ਰਾਮਾਇਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੰਕਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਸੀ ।
ਪਰ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਰੌਚਕ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।ਉਹ ਕੁੱਝ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੈ:
ਇਸ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਲੜਕੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸੰਜਨਾ ਸੀ । ਉਸ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਸੂਰਜ ਨਾਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ । ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਸੰਜਨਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਡੈਡੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਆਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਿਲਣ ਆਈ ਤਾਂ ਕਹਿਣ ਲੱਗੀ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਸੂਰਜ ਦਾ ਤੇਜ਼ ਸੇਕ ਸਹਿਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ। ਫਿਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਸੂਰਜ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਸੰਜਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਿਸ ਲੈਣ ਆਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਜਵਾਈ ਸੂਰਜ ਨੂੰ ਖਰਾਦ ਤੇ ਚੜਾਕੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਅੱਠਵਾਂ ਭਾਗ ਕੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ । ਸੂਰਜ ਦੇ ਜੋ ਟੁਕੜੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਡਿੱਗੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਨੂੰ ਦਾ ਚੱਕਰ, ਸ਼ਿਵ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਤਿ੍ਸ਼ੂਲ , ਧਨ ਦੇ ਦੇਵਤਾ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਸ਼ਤਰ, ਯੁੱਧ ਦੇ ਦੇਵਤਾ ਦਾ ਨੇਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਸ਼ਤਰ ਵੀ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਗਨਨਾਥ ਦੀ ਮੂਰਤੀ ਵੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਹੈ ।
ਹਵਾਲਾ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਮਿਥਿਹਾਸ ਕੋਸ਼
ਹੈ ਨਾ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਵਧੀਆ ਕਹਾਣੀ। ਹੁਣ ਸੋਚਕੇ ਦੇਖੋ ਜਰਾ! ਜੇ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਘਰ ਆਏ ਜਵਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਸਹੁਰਾ ਭਲਾ ਖਰਾਦ ਤੇ ਚੜਾ ਲਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਵੀਚਾਰੇ ਜਵਾਈ ਦਾ ਕੀ ਬਣੇ ?
ਦੀਵਾਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਅਗਲੇ ਹੀ ਦਿਨ ਇਸ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਚੜ੍ਹਕੇ ਇਸ ਦਿਨ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਮਗੜ੍ਹੀਆ ਬਰਾਦਰੀ ਮਨਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਭਾਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਜਾਤਾਂ ਪਾਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਚੱਕਰ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਰਾਮਗੜ੍ਹੀਆ ਬਰਾਦਰੀ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਇਸ਼ਟ ਦੇਵ ਮੰਨਦੀ ਹੈ । ਹੋਰ ਤਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਵੀ ਲੋਕ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਦਿਨ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਨਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ।ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਔਜਾਰ ਬਣਾਏ ਹਨ। ਜੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਕੰਮਕਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਸਦਕਾ ਨਵੇਂ ਨਵੇਂ ਔਜਾਰ ਬਣਾਵਾਗੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਸਿਤਮ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਕਈ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਦਿਨ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਧੰਨ ਧੰਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ ਦੀ ਫੋਟੋ ਰੱਖੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮਨੋਕਲਪਿਤ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਹਜੂਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ।
ਆਉ ਆਪਾਂ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਚਾਨਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਝੀਏ ਕਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਦੇਵੀ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੀ ਸਮਝਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ । ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ ਦੀ ਕੀ ਥਾਂ ਹੈ ।ਅਸੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪੜਚੋਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।ਕੋਈ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਬਿਪਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਸਗੋਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਬਣਾਏ ਉਲਟੇ ਪੁਲਟੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਸਨ। ਬਿਪਰ ਨੇ 33 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਹਰ ਇੱਕ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖਰਾ ਵੱਖਰਾ ਕੰਮ ਵੀ ਵੰਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ । ਜਿਵੇਂ ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਕੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਗਣੇਸ਼ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ, ਪੈਸੇ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਲਕਸ਼ਮੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ। ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੁੱਝ ।
ਹੁਣ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ ਦਾ ਅਰਥ ਹੈ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦਾ ਕਰਤਾ ।ਪਰ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦਾ ਕਰਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਕੇਵਲ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ ।
ਕਰਣ ਕਾਰਣ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਏਕੁ ਹੈ ਦੂਸਰ ਨਾਹੀ ਕੋਇ।।(276)
ਭਾਵ ਕਿ ਜਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਤਾਂ ਕੇਵਲ ਇੱਕ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਹੈ ਕੋਈ ਦੂਜਾ ਨਹੀਂ।
ਦੂਜੀ ਇੱਕ ਗੱਲ ਹੋਰ ਹੈ। ਕੰਮ ਤਾਂ ਹੱਥ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਔਜਾਰ ਥੋੜ੍ਹੀ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।ਹੱਥ , ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਨੇ ਬਣਾਏ ਹਨ।ਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਔਜਾਰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਚੱਲਣਗੇ।
ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ ਤਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਹੈ।ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੀ ਚੇਤਨਤਾ ਬਖਸ਼ੀ ਹੈ।ਸਾਰੀ ਸੋਝੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ।ਅਸੀ ਇੱਕ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡਕੇ ਇਧਰ ਉਧਰ ਭਟਕਦੇ ਫਿਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਆਪ ਹੈ।ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਫੁਰਮਾਨ ਹੈ:
*ਖੰਡ ਪਤਾਲ ਅਸੰਖ ਮੈ ਗਣਤ ਨ ਹੋਈ।।
ਤੂ ਕਰਤਾ ਗੋਵਿੰਦੁ ਤੁਧੁ ਸਿਰਜੀ ਤੁਧੈ ਗੋਈ।।
ਲਖ ਚਉਰਾਸੀਹ ਮੇਦਨੀ ਤੁਝ ਹੀ ਤੇ ਹੋਈ।।*(1283)
ਭਾਵ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ, ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਸਭ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਕਰੈ ਹੈਂ।ਤੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਦੂਜਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਜੋ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ।ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਕੇਵਲ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਹੈ।
ਹੁਣ ਜੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਵੈਸੇ ਵੀ ਸੋਚੀਏ ਤਾਂ ਪੂਜਾ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ ਦੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਔਜਾਰ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।ਪਰ ਉਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਹਿਣਗੇ ਕਿ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਔਜਾਰ ਜਰਮਨੀ ਦੇ ਬਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ।ਉਦੋਂ ਕਿਥੇ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਇਹ ਦੇਵਤਾ।
ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਵਧੀਆ ਤੋਂ ਵਧੀਆ ਆਟੋਮੈਟਿਕ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਫਿਰ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਦੂਜਾ ਕੀ ਸੂਰਜ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਖਰਾਦ ਤੇ ਚੜਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ? ਅੱਜ ਬੱਚੇ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਸੂਰਜ ਕੋਈ ਠੋਸ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਬਲਕਿ ਕਰੋੜਾਂ ਮੀਲ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਇਕ ਗੈਸ ਦਾ ਗੋਲਾ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਗੈਸ ਦਾ ਗੋਲਾ ਕੱਟਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸੂਰਜ ਨੂੰ ਛਿੱਲਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਏਨਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਖਰਾਦ ਕਿਹੜੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਲਾਇਆ ?
ਇਹ ਸਭ ਬੇਸਿਰ ਪੈਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਿਥਿਹਾਸਕ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਧੰਨ ਧੰਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਵਲ ਤੇ ਕੇਵਲ ਇੱਕ ਹੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਸਮਝਾਈ ਹੈ।ਕਿਸੇ ਦੇਵੀ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ।ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਫੁਰਮਾਨ ਹੈ
ਦੇਵੀ ਦੇਵਾ ਪੂਜਹਿ ਡੋਲਹਿ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਨਹੀ ਜਾਨਾ।।(332)
ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੋਕ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਬਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੇਵੀ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਜਦੇ ਵੀ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਿਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿਉਕਿ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਇੱਕ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ।
ਅਸੀਂ ਕੇਵਲ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਜਾਨਣਾ ਹੈ।ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਸਮਝਣਾ ਹੈ।ਜਿਹੜਾ
ਕਰਨ ਕਰਾਵਨ ਆਪੇ ਆਪਿ।।(278)
ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਸਭ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਹੈ।ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਵਰਤਦਾ ਹੈ।
*ਹਰਿ ਸੋ ਹੀਰਾ ਛਾਡਿ ਕੈ ਕਰਹਿ ਆਨ ਕੀ ਆਸ।।
ਤੇ ਨਰ ਦੋਜਕ ਜਾਹਿਗੇ ਸਤਿ ਭਾਖੈ ਰਵਿਦਾਸ।।*(1377)
ਭਾਵ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਲੋਕ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਰੂਪੀ ਹੀਰਾ ਛੱਡਕੇ ਹੋਰ ਦੇਵੀ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਆਸ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਨਾ ਦੀ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਸਦਾ ਭਟਕਦੀ ਹੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
*ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ਗੁਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਿਉਹਾੜੀ ਸਦ ਵਾਰ।।
ਜਿਨਿ ਮਾਣਸ ਤੇ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਕੀਏ ਕਰਤ ਨ ਲਾਗੀ ਵਾਰ।।*(462)
ਮੈਂ ਤਾਂ ਸਦਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੋਂ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਰਗੇ ਮੂਰਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਗੁਣਵਾਨ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।ਸਾਨੂੰ ਉੱਤਮ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਮੇਰੀ ਹੱਥ ਜੋੜ ਕੇ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਆਪਣੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭ ਭੈਣਾਂ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੋ ਆਪਣਾ ਏਨਾ ਮਹਾਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਛੱਡਕੇ ਮਨੋਕਲਪਿਤ ਦੇਵੀ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।ਆਉ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਵੱਲ ਮੁੱਖ ਕਰੀਏ ਅਤੇ ਸਹੀ ਮਾਇਨਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰਮੁਖ ਬਣੀਏ।
ਜੋ ਵੱਡਮੁਲਾ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇ ਬਖਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਤੇ ਪਹਿਰਾ ਦੇਈਏ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਮੰਨੀਏ।ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੰਨ ਧੰਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਪਾਠ ਆਪ ਸਮਝਕੇ ਕਰੀਏ।ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਚਾਨਣ ਨਾਲ ਰੁਸ਼ਨਾਈਏ।ਜੋ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ ਹੈ ਕੇਵਲ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਮੰਨੀਏ।
