Satsang is commonly taken as congregation, but Sat is God (Godly Virtues) and sang is company. So Satsang is company of Godly Virtues.

Satsangat is the school of Satguru, where qualities of Akal Purkh are taught.
We need to change our programs in our Gurdwaras from rituals to actual teaching and research on Gurbani written in Guru Granth Sahib.
Satsang to me is spending time with myself in the presence of IkOnkar, doesn’t matter what I am doing. Sitting in prayer hall in Gurdwara. Doing Langar Seva. Lying in bed. Walking. Driving around listening to Kirtan and trying to relax my mind. Sitting quietly somewhere.
So anything that gives me peace of mind, and connect with IkOnkar.
What is IkOnkar??
One Lord or One WaheGuru or Oneness.
Please remember our base is IkOnkar when we use these many different words like Lord, WaheGuru, Guru, Har Har, Ram, Allah, Jesus, Gobind, Shiva, Parvati, KaliMaa, etc….
Always remember our base mool mantra IkOnkar…….
