some sikh r bad people who don’t follow guru nanak what happened with them after death or in living state. is guru nanak give saja to them?

when a person follow the teachings of almighty or the true guru, only then he/she is sikh. Sikh means a person who learns and in spiritualism sikh is who learn and and then follow the teachings of true master as mentioned above. The person who don’t follow the ideology of true master, he is not sikh although he does other rituals to look like a sikh.
And if a person don’t follow true master,he can’t attain liberation and that’s the biggest punishment ever
