10% of Punjab is now Christian. This is projected to increase significantly in the coming decades, this should be a real concern for Sikh leaders. Figures also show Sikhism has a drastically declining growth rate out of all the major world religions. Why is this? and what are the Sikh leaders doing to mitigate against this?

The growth of Sikhi has declined because we have started depending on the leaders and others.
We have stopped getting guidance from Guru Granth Sahib. Once we make Guru Granth Sahib, our friend philosopher and guide. Then all our problems and doubts will start reducing.
SIKHI to me is a spiritual philosophy of BABA NANAK, THE SPIRIT OF ENLIGHTENMENT. Is this declining in the world. I am not sure.?
hkandola Sat Sri Akal, I agree for me there is nobody greater as a spiritual being, philosophically, theologically and morally. However, we can’t deny the declining growth rate of Sikhi, If Sikhi is the embodiment of Guru Nanak Ji’s teachings, there is a problem somewhere in perhaps the message being broadcasted, we can attribute his teachings to the wider communities and claim Sikhi is still having a positive impact, but we need a linear view, Sarbjit singh made a good point that the decline could be down to the leaders and political affairs. So perhaps its a social economic problem?
To each flower there are numerous thrones
Good people are few
though we are declining it is our greed instead of way to parmarath I think it’s wrong to blame the leaders
