There is no hell or heaven after death. Both have been rejected in Gurmat.

It depends upon us whether we want to make our own present life hell or comfortable.
We have to follow the Hukam of Akal Purkh with the help of Gurbani written in Guru Granth Sahib and rectify our deeds.
Respected Ramandeep Kaur Ji, according to Sikhism Hell is a state of mind. In this state of mind, an individual is afflicted by pain, worries, and anxieties. On the other hand following the path of righteousness as described in Gurbani one is always in bliss and in Chardikala ( high spirits).
