Mask

Many people have two sides one good one bad. In the real world they wear a mask, ????
So people can’t see their true colors.
What do our holy scriptures say about this?
God is always watching us.

Very good observation and question. Most of us are like this. Gurmat clearly defines this as per Shabds
AGGS 919
Jiahu Maile Baharhu Nirmal || Baharhu Nirmal Jiahu Ta Maile Tini Janam Juai Haria ||
Eh Tisna Vadda Rog Lga Maran Manhu Visaria || Veda Meh Naam Utam So Suneh Nahi Fireh Jio Betalia ||
Kehai Nanak Jin Sach Tajia Kurrey Lagae Tini Janam Juai Haria ||19||
Inwardly polluted, and outwardly pure. Those who are outwardly (Chitr) pure and yet polluted within (Gupt), lose their lives in the gamble. They contract this terrible disease of ardent worldly passions, and forget about spiritual dying. In the Vedas, the ultimate objective is the Virtues of the God (Naam); but they do not hear this, and they wander around like demons. Says Nanak, those who forsake Truth and cling to falsehood, lose their lives in the gamble. Outside appearance (Chitr) of such people is of being a religious person but actually inwardly (Gupt) is of immoral evil personality full of ardent worldly passions.

Jiahu Nirmal Bahrhu Nirmal || Baharhu Ta Nirmal Jiahu Nirmal Satgur Te Karni Kamani || Kurr Ki Soe Pahuchai Nahi Mansa Sach Samani ||
Janam Ratan Jini Khatia Bhale Se Vanjare || Kehai Nanak Jin Mann Nirmal Sda Reheh Gur Naley ||20||
Those who are outwardly pure (Chitr) and also pure within (Gupt), through the spiritual teachings of the Guru perform good deeds. Not even an iota of falsehood touches them; their intents and purpose in life is absorbed in the Truth. Those who earn the jewel of this human life by living a Truthful life, are the most excellent of merchants. Says Nanak, those whose minds (Mann) are pure, abide with the Guru forever. Inward (Gupt) and outward (Chitr) of such people are same.

I agree with Dr. Kala Singh Ji

Here is another Shabd by Shekh Fareed Ji about Masking like a fake friend

DELHO MOHABAT JIN SAEE SACHIA II ANK 488
