In Sikhi the concept of SALVATION is very different than other faiths.
The salvation is dependent on one’s way of life not one’s faith.
Gurbani states.
All those who lived their lives in accordance with NAAMU/HUKAM they achieved SALVATION.
It does not mention anything about them being Sikhs or not.
Also please remember, Guru Granth Sahib contains Bani of Bhagats who preceded Guru Nanak Sahib. Surely, they attained Salvation.
