ਸਲੋਕ ਮਃ ੧ ॥ ਦਾਤੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸੰਦੀਆ ਕਿਆ ਚਲੈ ਤਿਸੁ ਨਾਲਿ ॥ ਇਕ ਜਾਗੰਦੇ ਨਾ ਲਹੰਨਿ ਇਕਨਾ ਸੁਤਿਆ ਦੇਇ ਉਠਾਲਿ ॥੧॥- 83
Getting up is not important. What important is that whether we have put efforts in studying understanding and following Gurbani written in Guru Granth Sahib.
There is nothing like Paap or Punn. Purpose is to go in the direction of becoming Sachyaar.
One who gets up at Amrit Ela are blessed in every respect,.
One gets more working hours in the day
One is more focussed i the early hours as there is nothing to cause distractions.
Since one is more focussed in eearly hours one’s spiritual progress too is better if one gets up early in the morning .
Air quality is much better in the early morning which better for health
One should always try to get up as early as possible. This will help us do better in worldly as well as spiritual spheres.
Waking up early in the morning is certainly more beneficial in every respect.
No question of pap or punn is attached.
We should cultivate the habit og getting up early if we want to progress in every field of life, spiritual as well as temporal
