Respected Anonymous;
The Sikhi, is a way of life as explained first by Guru Sahibs and now by Bani enshrined in Sri Guru Granth Sahib. It cannot be highjacked by anyone.
If your implication is that the followers of Sikhi has divided themselves into groups based on the caste they belonged to before they became Sikhs, that is a different story. Yes, whenever there is large group, they always separate into manageable size by groups. Even among groups of Sikh belonging to the same caste before they became Sikhs, have divided themselves into smaller groups based on their part of the city or village they come from.
Sikhs may use their last name from before they came into Sikhi but there is no discrimination based on that caste. I have never known any Gurduara organization preventing entry to anyone. Even in cases where there is membership, I have never known a membership being denied to any one based on their caste before they came into Sikhi.
Hope this helps.
