No there is nothing like God and devil set against each other. In Sikhism we believe in ਸਭ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਹੈ।
Whatever there is is a different form of the Creator. To us the ones who don’t possess a deep insight, certain things may appear antogonistic to others but for a man with divine insight there is nothing in this world apart from the True One. A sabad in Guru Granth Sahib says:
It means He himself is the fisherman, He Himself is the fifth, water and He Himself is the net to catch the fish with.
Anyone with a shallow insight will object to thge statement saying that it is not possible for any to be all this at the same time.
But gurbani rejects the idea of duality and believes that there is nothing apart from God, nothing antogonistic to God. Even the entity called Devil by us cannot act on its own. It is subservient to the Almighty and acts according to His Will. There is nothing beside Him.
