It is very disappointing that disciples of BABA NANAK carry so many BEHAM, BHARAM, SUPERSTITIOUS BELIEFS . Sukhi Kaurji what do you think will happen if you eat at a restaurant where all kinds of food is cooked. If you think it is because meat is cooked there, GURU says ETE DANAI ANN KE JIA BAJ NA KOAI meaning what ever you cook at home all food items have live JEEVS in there. Let us rise above these superstitious beliefs and live life the WAY OF GURMAT.
Thanks for answering my question
There is nothing pure vegetarian. Every grain have living organisms in them according to Gurmat as well as Science.
There is no restriction of any type of food, provided it is good for your health and does not cause any harm to the body.
Please study the following Shabad in detail for further clarification. – 1289
