      After the completion of the Gurmat program as a tradition Karah Prasad is served among the Sangat.
      Rest all other items are served as Langar. Mostly these are prepared by the Sangat. Fulia, etc are mostly prepared in the market by commercial people. No one can monitor their cleanliness. Hence such items should be avoided.
