At times I feel like I’m overwhelmed and get anxiety?
life can be quite hectic. I recite mool mantar path always.
Which Path should I do to calm my nerves.
When we study Gurbani with full understanding and try to apply in our practical life. Then our mode of thinking changes and we start following the right path according to the Hukam of Akal Purkh.
This automatically reduces our anxiety and other tensions. Instead of following the mind one starts controlling the mind.
However any ritual recitation is not going to help much. Though the rituals does give us the feeling that we have performed our duty, but in the long run this does not help much. However regular reading does help us in improving our reading provided we pay attention to that.
Spordic attacks of anxiety are faced by all of us at times, and this is natural.
History tells us that whenever some Sikhs were put under extreme pressure or torture, they recited Japuji Sahib as it gave them renewed strength. We should learn to accept boons and bashing in a stride.
।।ਕੇਤੀਆ ਦੂਖ ਭੂਖ ਸਦ ਮਾਰ।।
।।ਇਹ ਭਿ ਦਾਤਿ ਤੇਰੀ ਦਾਤਾਰ।।
as such I don’t think there is any particular path
but whatever you recite or listen and believe will surely help you
