In my perspective, it is oneness. This whole universe ( living as well as non-living) is connected. We all have a place and a role in this universe and we need to function accordingly.
Respected Ashwani ji,
As understood by the undersigned, it is Kirat Karo (Honest earning), Naam Japo (Remain one with Akalpurakh) and Wand Chako (Share with the poor and the needy).
The person, who remains one with Akalpurakh, will always lead a disciplined and truthful life and will never do any such thing which will lead to his Spiritual Death. Therefore, he will earn honestly and will be compassionate enough to share it with poor and needy.
Hope it helps. If you have any further questions, please do ask. If you find any deficiencies please point out the same for improvement in future.
Regards,
Your Brother
Sharmaji here are some of the basic principles of SIKHI.
1 The principle of ONENESS , IK OANGKAR. The whole universe is connected. All humans come from one THE SOURCE. The equality of mankind.
2 The principle of partnership with godly virtues, becoming virtues, living virtues in daily life.
3 The principle of divine within, not external. Realizing the SHABAD GURU, GOD within, by becoming the virtues.
4 Principle of self enlightenment. APE BEEJ APE HEE KHAH. Spirituality of here and now, not after life.
5 Principle of equality of men and women.
6 Principle of responsibility. GHAL KHAE KICHH HATHON DEH.
7 The principle of HUKAM, LIVING IN THE PRESENT.
8 The principle of NO RITUALS. SPIRITUALITY of the self, by the self and for the self.
These are few of many jewels of GURBANI.
