While any Shabad is good to read, I would specifically recommend you read the Banis called "Sukhmani Sahib" & "Dukh Bhanjani Sahib", as they both deal specifically with these issues. Don't just read the Bani, but contemplate, and apply it into your life.

wjkk wjkf bhaji can u please explain about what to do if you think someone has done black magic on you and you are amritdhari?
firstly i would like to say that things like ghosts and black magic do exists in this world. but they effect only those vessels(humans) which are empty.. but if you do simran in the morning (amrit wela) and ur nitnem then u will not be harmed by these things.
the only thing u hae to do is to have faith and patience dont get tired that i m do simran for so many years still i m not leading a happy life just have patience and do ur simran daily(try to do everytime when ur doing ur work cooking if u dont want to do loudly do in ur mann (mind) )and nitnem.
Also there is Sakhi on this “Guru Nanak And The Queen Of Black Magic At Kamrup”

I agree with you regarding the photos but photo issue is at every Gurdwara so Gurdwara should act first on this . If There is no specific sentence which we can call as Mool Mantar what how do we describe it then ?
