When I work, I put a live kirtan from Darbar Sahib, Amritsar in the background. Am I disrespectful?

Bhagwant Singhji how listening to KIRTAN is disrespectful whether you listen in the car, through ear phone in the exercise room or outside walking. Is it not a common sense. I am not blaming you asking this question, but why as SIKHS we are caught up in these WEHAM BHARAM.
Thanks for the reply
No not at all.On the other hand, a Sikh should have Gurbani in mind all the time even while working.
