SEHAJ AWASTHA according to GURBANI is state of enlightened consciousness, complete ecstasy, bliss. Rising above me, I and ego. It is state that KABIRJI says TU TU KARTA TU HOOA complete eliminating self. It is hard to describe this state in words, it can only be experienced.
