Nam simran SATNAM WAHAGURU Krana theek ha ja WAHAGURU Krana
which right pl help
Bhupinderpal Singh Ji Naam in Gurmat is Godly Virtues and Simran is remembering them every moment of life. Bhai Gurdas Ji says
Kabit Savaiye Bhai Gurdas
Jais Khandd Khandd Kehai Mukh Nehi Mitha Hoe Jab Lag Jeebh Svad Khandd Nehin Khaiai ||
Jaisae Rat Andheri Mai Dipak Dipak Kehai Timar N Jai Jab Lag N Jaraiai ||
Jaise Giyan Giyan Kehai Giyan Hoon N Hot Kachu Jab Lag Gur Giyan Antar N Paiai ||
Taise Gur Kehai Gurdhian Hoo N Pavat Tab Lag Gur Daras Jae N Samaiai
Just as by saying sugar, sugar, one cannot feel sweetness of sugar in the mouth, unless sugar is actually placed on the tongue. In a dark night, saying lamp, lamp does not dispel darkness unless lamp is lit. By saying knowledge (Giyan) again and again, knowledge cannot be obtained, unless carefully reading and understanding the text. Similarly just repeatedly chanting Guru, Guru, one cannot get virtues of the Guru. One can get virtues and merge with the Guru only by contemplating on the Shabd of the Guru. Get spiritual knowledge and wisdom from it and live life accordingly.

that’s what I have understood so far what Dr. Kala ji has explained. thank you Dr. Sahib.
bahut bahut shukriya ji
Hello Bhupinder ji, I think it is better to read Guru Granth SAHIB ji’s one shabad with understanding message in the Shabad rather than waheguru or satnaam waheguru simran. this is what I learned and practicing and it helped me a lot in understanding what Guru ji trying to say to us.
bahut bahut shukriya ji
Both are wrong.
Ritual recitation is not going to help in any way. We have to understand and follow Gurbani written in Guru Granth Sahib. Best is to recite slowly with understanding.
Jap – 2
I think both are okay. Naam Simran is all fine. WaheGuru WaheGuru
Satnam Satnam Satnam ji
WaheGuru WaheGuru WaheGuru ji
Satnam Sri WaheGuru ji
IkOnkar SatGur Parsad ji
All okay, whatever gives you peace of mind, finding peace of mind requires a lot of patience.
Slowly slowly say any Naam Simran unless your mind is racing too much than increase the speed of Naam Simran
Personally I do different ways of Naam Simran whatever works to give you peace of mind, connect your mind with your heart beating.
