I’ve been depressed for the last little while. It’s been better, but I am still very sad and medicines are not working, I want to get out of it only through Gurbani please tell me what to do.

      Thanks a lot for the question. Mental distress must be discussed openly just like any other health problem.
      Sometimes it takes long before the medicines start working. Kindly do pay regular request visits to doctors and explain to him / her your exact condition. Many times doctors have to do make changes in medications to identify the best-fit medicine combination for patients.
      But good thing is that you have resolved to get out of it. It is this resolve along with your faith in Gurbani that will definitely bring results very soon.
      My humble suggestion is that you should try to get involved in some physical activities in Gurdwara. Like participating in Sewa activities, joining Sikh groups, learning kirtan, etc. If possible read books on Gurbani or Sikh History. Do not limit yourself to merely reading Gurbani.
