Do Sikhs believe that nature is God and that no other supreme power exists? Some Sikhs claim that only nature is God, and that God resides within us, without the existence of any other supreme power. Is this belief central to Sikhism?

In response to your question, the undersigned wants to say that at Panna 469 of Guru Granth Sahib, the First Guru Person, Guru Nanak Sahib, says that ‘Hey Almighty, you are all pervasive in the nature but I can’t find your end’ :-

ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਵਸਿਆ ॥ ਤੇਰਾ ਅੰਤੁ ਨ ਜਾਈ ਲਖਿਆ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ (ਪੰਨਾ 469)

ਅਰਥ: ਹੇ ਕੁਦਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸ ਰਹੇ ਕਰਤਾਰ! ਮੈਂ ਤੈਥੋਂ ਸਦਕੇ ਹਾਂ, ਤੇਰਾ ਅੰਤ ਪਾਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ।1। ਰਹਾਉ।

Further, the undersigned wants to draw your attention to the following Stanza of a Shabad of Fourth Guru Person, Guru Ramdas Sahib, in which he is guiding us that Akalpurakh is all pervasive i.e. everywhere in water, earth and every living being:-

ਹਰਿ ਘਟਿ ਘਟੇ ਘਟਿ ਬਸਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਜਲਿ ਥਲੇ ਹਰਿ ਬਸਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਥਾਨ ਥਾਨੰਤਰਿ ਬਸਤਾ ਮੈ ਹਰਿ ਦੇਖਨ ਕੋ ਚਾਓੁ ॥ ਕੋਈ ਆਵੈ ਸੰਤੋ ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਜਨੁ ਸੰਤੋ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਜਨੁ ਸੰਤੋ ਮੋਹਿ ਮਾਰਗੁ ਦਿਖਲਾਵੈ ॥ ਤਿਸੁ ਜਨ ਕੇ ਹਉ ਮਲਿ ਮਲਿ ਧੋਵਾ ਪਾਓੁ ॥੧॥ (ਪੰਨਾ 1201)

ਅਰਥ: ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ! ਉਹ ਹਰੀ ਹਰੇਕ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਲ ਵਿਚ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ, ਹਰੇਕ ਥਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦਰਸਨ ਦੀ ਤਾਂਘ ਹੈ। ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ! ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਤ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆ ਮਿਲੇ, ਹਰੀ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਤ ਆ ਮਿਲੇ, ਕੋਈ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਸੰਤ ਜਨ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆ ਮਿਲੇ, ਤੇ, ਮੈਨੂੰ (ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਮਿਲਾਪ ਦਾ) ਰਾਹ ਵਿਖਾ ਜਾਏ, ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੈਰ ਮਲ ਮਲ ਕੇ ਧੋਵਾਂ।1।

He lives in every living being, as what we call as soul and because of His existence in the body, it functions. When He leaves the body or you can say when He withdraws the strength, physical death takes place. The five elements, of which body is made of, merge with the earth and soul merges with Akalpurakh (What happens to the soul thereafter, no one knows) and nothing is left.
