Hello,
I hope you can help.
i was delivering first aid to a Temple in Leicester, we were discussing the use of defibrillator and the need to shave a small patch of chest hair to make the pad stick and make good connection, I was informed that they felt it went against Sikh hair removal.
Please can I have an answer, as I have checked on the internet and can find nothing to give me a complete answer.
There is nothing in the Sikh Scriptures that forbid removing hair for medical reasons. If some one objected it is his ignorance.
Thank you very much for the answer.
Kind regards,
Chris.
Brother, where is Sikhi in temples these days? There only those works are done which the scriptures of Sikhism forbid. Doesn’t hair fall like this? If a large number of people in the world do not have hair on their face and chest, then can they not become Sikhs? Sikhism has nothing to do with the outside world, Maya. Granth Sahib says that you work with your mind and by calming your mind, you can understand Brahmagyan or yourself।
