Taking turban off
I am not very strict myself, probably because I am the only Sikh in my town (that I know of) However I wear my turban for everything, except sleeping (I know Gursikhs wear turbans even when sleeping) I have turbans that fit under helmets too for riding bikes, not my dumalla though.
